How to Promote Hatch in your Workplace
Once you have registered your workplace, simply follow these steps to make Hatch available to your employees.
1. Promote the Hatch service
Once you have registered, we will send you an email which you can send to your staff, including a link to where they can sign up for their free financial coaching session.
We also recommend you request a free launch seminar or event - just email firstname.lastname@example.org (optional).
2. (optional) Arrange face-to-face sessions
If you would like us to provide financial coaching face-to-face in your workplace(s), this can be arranged by emailing email@example.com subject to demand and availability.
Otherwise, don't worry, we can provide coaching by telephone, web-video and screen-sharing.
3. Your employees will request their coaching session
Using the link above, employees will request their free financial coaching session. We will check their email address contains the same "domain" as yours (i.e., the same words after the '@' sign). If you have other domains in your firm, just email us.
4. (if using Salary Sacrifice) We will send a monthly invoice
We will invoice you £20/month for each employee who has elected to continue with our service beyond the initial free coaching session. You can then arrange the monthly gross salary deductions. Most payroll and benefits platforms now facilitate this, making use of the employer-funded pension advice exemption introduced in April 2017.
